Contest Rules, Eligibility Criteria, Submission Requirements

There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit or the number of categories entered.
You may only enter a show for one award in each category.
Entries should be original work, owned by the party submitting the entry. Agencies should submit client work on behalf and in the name of the client.
AI-generated podcasts will not be accepted.
The Timbre Awards are not liable for any copyright infringement on entries submitted.
Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
All judges' decisions are final.

The Timbre Awards are open to organizations or individuals based in the United States.
Eligible entries should focus on public affairs, public policy, government, public administration, or related fields.
Podcasts submitted must be produced by associations, agencies, or organizations that work in public policy, public administration, or association management.
Podcasts produced by or in collaboration with an agency or vendor are eligible, but should be submitted on behalf and in the name of the client.
Entries must have published at least 6 episodes between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, unless the first episode was released on or after September 1, 2025, in which case, the entry must have released a minimum of four episodes in 2025.
All entries must be publicly available. Private or subscription-only entries are not eligible.

You must submit one episode as an .MP3 or .MP4 or .WAV file.
You must submit podcast cover art.
Provide timestamps for the 15 minutes that best represent the episode.
Provide a brief synopsis of the show’s purpose, target audience, and impact.
Provide production credits for everyone involved in the podcast.

Final Entry Deadline is 11:59 pm ET, April 3, 2026
Submission fee after March 6, 2026, is $175.
Late entries will not be accepted.
